Stable and dynamic company is currently seeking a customer service representative with Direct Mail industry experience.
The main responsibilities will include:
Coordinate information from account executives and/or customers on all incoming orders from assigned accounts. Review project specifications, pricing and terms for completeness and accuracy. Clarify any discrepancies or need for more information with account executives and/or customer. Proofread photo-ready copy, forward to customer for final approval. Check with production departments to establish and/or confirm desired scheduling. Prepare project authorizations for new jobs from assigned accounts. Monitor and update the daily status of active projects of assigned accounts in each production department. Relay status information to assigned customers according to customer's requirements. Get customer's approval of any schedule modifications. Coordinate with project analysts, computer operations, warehouse and mailing services to provide effective customer service. Some traveling required.
